Custom Design FAQs

I love the idea of a custom ring, but I’m not sure I can afford it.

A custom designed engagement ring does not necessarily mean it will be more expensive. We will discuss your vision, and, yes, we will discuss your budget. Many designs are available in different price points depending on the metal selection and carat weight. We can discuss that, also. Our main goal is to create an engagement ring that will exceed your expectations and fit comfortably in your budget.

Is there a secret way to secure a ring size?

Yes, but to have the ring fit perfectly it is best to come into our store and be sized. If that is not possible, bring in a ring that is currently being worn. Although not as accurate, it would at least be in the ballpark and still retain some element of surprise.

Is custom work refundable?

Unfortunately, no. Custom designed jewelry involves metal, gems, and labor furnished for a special order. Custom jewelry is non-returnable and requires a non-refundable deposit before work begins. With your complete satisfaction, full payment is due upon delivery of the custom piece.
